Our range of belt scales is designed to meet your requirements to weigh online, products from powder up to 20” blocks, on conveyors up to 118” wide belt, running at a speed up to 1,200’ per minute handling flow rates up to 22,000 t/h.
In addition, a wide range of extractors, volumetric as well as gravimetric, belt or screw based, in standard size or duly customized to fit your production line constraints, allows you reaching the accuracy level needed by your process.
Through dedicated software, you will drive all the applications you want including truck pre-loading, food processing, mixing plant, dosing or automatic loading.

Belt Scales
Depending on accuracy goal, environment constraints or budget availability, the belt weigher will meet your expectations in different ways.
To be sure to perfectly match your needs, our Belt Scale range exist in baked powder coated sheets, stainless steel for food industry or seashore, galvanized steel for fertilizer, with 1, 2 or 4 load cells carrying 1, 2, 3, 4 or more idlers-stations which can simply be of pitched handling type or specifically designed for weighing purpose with embedded rollers alignment devices.
Multi-Station Belt Weighing – TAB
The TAB Multi station Belt weigher scale model was designed for weighing bulk products in all industries using belt conveyors.
Single Station – FX/TWIN
The FX / TWIN Single station structure scales are specially designed for continuous weighing and combine rigidity and lightness in order to transfer the entire weight onto the strain gauge sensors.

BT Weighing Conveyor
The BT Weighing Conveyor comprises an entirely weighed belt conveyor connected to a supporting frame by two pivot points situated along the axis of the product supply line, with one pivot point mounted on 1 or 2 load cells.
The model BT is used where the installation of a belt scale is not feasible, e.g. where the total conveyor length is less than 18’.
Two versions are available : BT-A for Agri-food industry, and BT-L for mines, quarries and others heavy industries.
Continuous Weighing Controllers
Single-channel and multiple-channel continuous weighing controller – I 410 BS
Single Belt Scale Software I 410 SBS for single-channel continuous weighing has been designed to measure variable-capacity flows of all bulk products without any capacity limit. It integrates a weight and conveyor belt speed acquisition measuring board.
The I 410 SBS system manages 4 work levels. Each level gives or prevents access to certain functions of use or setting/configuration of the indicator.
The multiple-channel software I 410 MBS (multi-belt scale) has been designed to measure variable-capacity flows of all bulk products without any capacity limit. It is connected to transmitters (from 1 to 8).
Each transmitter integrates a board measuring weight and acquires the running speed of the conveyor belt. The link between the terminal and the transmitters is ensured by a CAN Open fieldbus (up to 1,600’).
The I 410 MBS system manages 4 work levels. Each level gives or prevents access to certain functions of use or setting/configuration of the indicator.
The i40 BS Connected indicator for continuous weighing is designed to measure all bulk product flows, without any capacity limit. It includes a weight measurement board and a speed measurement board for the belt or screw conveyor.
The various enclosures offered allow the indicator to be installed directly in the work environment, in a cabinet or a control terminal.
It features a backlit display to show several types of information according to the selection (flow rate, weight per feet, speed)
The i40 BS Connected indicator allows you to access your weighing data in real time, wherever you are, directly on your Smartphone via the Weigh2Flow application – available for free on GooglePlay and AppleStore.
